Job Overview

We are hiring a Lead Recruiter - US for our company GEx Search. As a Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for our US clients. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, as well as managing a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on US recruitment. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on US recruitment
Proven track record in sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in team management and performance evaluation
Knowledge of US tax terms and regulations
Experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment is preferred
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our US clients
Source, screen, and select candidates for various positions
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Manage a team of recruiters and provide coaching and guidance
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Ensure compliance with all recruitment laws and regulations
Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline processes
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit
Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding processes
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
