    We are recruiting for a rapidly expanding client specializing in advanced solutions for the life sciences and biotech equipment manufacturing sectors.     Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer with 4-5 years of experience in the life sciences domain to join our client's dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies tailored to target audience in the life sciences and biotech industries. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage digital channels to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support business growth initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
    2. Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns, to attract and retain target audience attention.
    3. SEO and SEM Optimization: Implement strategies to improve organic search ranking and manage PPC campaigns to increase website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
    4. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms, develop content calendars, and execute campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
    5. Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote product launches, and drive customer retention.
    6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.
    7. Website Management: Oversee website maintenance and optimization efforts, ensuring a seamless user experience, and implementing strategies to drive traffic and conversion.
    8. Digital Advertising: Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including display, retargeting, and paid social, to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
    9. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct market research, and perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform digital marketing strategies.
    10. Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration with internal teams, including sales, product management, and design, to ensure alignment and synergy across marketing initiatives.
    11. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly in the highly regulated life sciences sector.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or related field plus MBA would be preferred.
    • 4-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the life sciences or biotech equipment manufacturing industry.
    • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
    • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in the life sciences industry is a plus.
