    MarketResearch:
    • Conductindepth market research to identify trends opportunities andchallenges within the real estatemarket.
    • Analyzecompetitor activities and market dynamics to stay informed aboutindustrydevelopments.
    • Utilizedata and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendationsfor marketingstrategies.
    MarketingStrategy:
    • Developand implement strategic marketing plans to promote our real estateservices and propertieseffectively.
    • Collaboratewith internal teams to define target audiences positioning andmessagingstrategies.
    • Utilize amix of traditional and digital marketing channels to maximize reachandengagement.
    • Monitorthe effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies asneeded to achieveobjectives.
    Branding:
    • Defineand enhance the brand identity of Resset Properties ensuringconsistency across all marketing materials andcommunications.
    • Developbranding initiatives that differentiate our firm in the competitivereal estatemarket

    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or a related field;Masters degree preferred.
    • Diploma/Certificatein Marketing Management from some leading institution like MICA.
    • Proven experience inmarketing roles preferably within the real estate industry.
    • Strong understandingof market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
    • Demonstrated successin developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
    • Proficiency indigital marketing tools and platforms including social media emailmarketing and SEO/SEM.
    • Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal.
    • Strong leadershipabilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
    • Creative thinker witha keen eye for branding anddesign.
    • Ability tothrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changingpriorities.
    • Passionfor real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptionalresults
