    Description

    Production:

    • Achieving 100 Cr of production by managing team and making sure to satisfy all India branch offices for timely delivery.
    • Handling team of engineers, production supervisors, planners with 20 workers.
    • Experience of work study, motivating workers & engineers, applying new techniques and working towards FTR
    • First Time Right.
    • Improving productivity by planning effectively.
    • Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints in the shortest possible time.

    Procurement:

    • Experience of hardcore purchase of fabrication item is required.
    • Knowledge of costing of machining & fabrication of Stainless steel, steel & aluminum is must.
    • Vendor development by global sourcing & enhancing existing vendor quality.
    • Experience of dealing with multinationals bought outs including electrical, pneumatics & hardware and negotiate by constantly updating market various options available (for A class suppliers)
    • Maintaining stock and controlling it by establishing a system of EOQ, min stock, max stock etc. strong knowledge of Excel or ERP is required.

    • Upgrading quality standards to the highest level so that entire machines can be exported back to our European Partner.
    • Creating excellence by implementing 5S, KAIZEN, LEAN Manufacturing amongst the group.
    • Should have ability to make the machines with ZERO problem for first 3 years (if given full authority & freedom in all the areas).

    • Develop systems, implement processes amongst team and inspire team to perform.
