    Title : Technical Recruiter (US-Staffing)

    Location: Noida

    Work Schedule: Onsite

    Shift Timings : EST

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree (4 years) in Engineering OR Master in Business Management OR similar field (Must Have)

    Preferred: Degree in Engineering/IT/any specialized discipline is a big plus

    US IT Recruiter (Role and responsibilities):

    • Minimum of 3+ years of recent experience as a Technical Recruiter in US Staffing with excellent IT skills
    • Strong understanding into Contingent and Fulltime Hiring
    • Excellent candidates sourcing and screening skills.
    • Must have expertise in candidates sourcing from JOB DIVA, Dice, Monster and
    • Demonstrate knowledge about US Geography, Work Visas, Document's screening, and validation.
    • Clear understanding of US benefits, compensation, employment types and US Tax Terms.
    • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio from submittals into interviews and placement.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
