    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer with expertise in Microsoft technologies, Spring Boot, data structures, and algorithms. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy various software applications.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot framework.
    2. Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and unit testing.
    3. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    4. Utilize data structures and algorithms to optimize application performance and scalability.
    5. Integrate Microsoft technologies into Java-based applications, ensuring seamless interoperability.
    6. Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments, providing timely resolutions.
    7. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
    8. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes and practices.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    2. 8+ years of professional experience in Java development, with expertise in Spring Boot framework.
    3. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and their applications in software development.
    4. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
    5. Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
    6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    2. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React.
    3. Certification in Java programming or Microsoft technologies is a plus.
