    Job Overview

    We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, with an employment type of Full-Time.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
    • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Familiarity with web design principles and UX/UI concepts.
    • Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
    • A portfolio demonstrating previous graphic design work.
    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
    • Prior experience in a similar role is preferable but not required.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Create visually appealing designs, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media including websites, social media, infographics, brochures, and logos.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the design requirements and develop creative concepts.
    • Use graphic design software and tools to create and manipulate graphics, images, and typography.
    • Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
    • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into websites and other digital platforms.
    • Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
    • Communicate and present design ideas to stakeholders and clients.
    • Provide recommendations for design improvements and optimizations.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
