    The Opportunity: Senior Manager-National-Forensics-ASU - Forensics - Investigations & Compliance

    • Your key responsibilities
    • Technical Excellence
      • Identify business growth opportunities and develop sales strategies to acquire new clients
      • Exceed monthly sales targets by strategically presenting company propositions to prospects
      • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
      • Respond to client inquiries and follow-up on quotations
      • Provide after-sales support to clients
      • Develop cross-functional relationships within accounts
      • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation
    • Qualification
    • To Qualify for the Role
      • Postgraduate qualification preferred
      • Capable of independently closing deals through the sales cycle
      • Strong connections with HR and Procurement leaders
      • Proven client relations and communication skills
      • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
      • Understanding of pricing strategies
    • Experience
    • PAN India B2B enterprise sales experience in Background Screening/Human Resource services
      • Track record of meeting/aggressive exceeding sales targets
      • Drive sales process from planning to closing
      • Experience in demand generation and service delivery coordination
      • Strong connections with HR and Procurement leaders
