Role & Responsibilities_

Knowing all the details of the product or service offering.
Prospect new customers through lead generation, followups and cold calling.
Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
Contact and qualify potential customers.
Set appointments and follow up on leads.
Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.

Required Skills Abilities:_

Highly selfmotivated organised and be able to manage own time.
Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Required Qualification and Experience:_

BBA, B.Tech, B.Com
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of profession Inside Sales experience preferred.
Set an example for desired behaviours and performance by maintaining monthly sales performance targets.
