Role:Project Manager

Location: HYD/Chennai Hybrid

Duration: Full Time

ShiftTimings: 3 PM to 12 AM IST Is mandatory.

JD:

The key responsibility of the PM isto work closely with the Program Manager/Director on assignedprojects owning endtoend project management.
PMs exemplify our core behaviors and create anenvironment for a successful team.
This is anindividual contributor role more of Business PM who works withsenior leadership in identifying and executing enterprise levelinitiatives & projects.
Responsiblefor driving the endtoend execution of problem statements includingdata analysis interpretations solutioning stakeholder coordinationpresentation preparations excel based analysis to identify costsavings and working with clients for approvals/implementation ofproblem statement which gets converted to Enterprise levelprojects.

EssentialResponsibilities:

Strategicallyaligning the business vision and objectives to the projects thatare initiated in different departments
Managethe project/program governance framework
Preparing & presenting progress/issues/budget tothe appropriate Steering Committee
Facilitateseamless flow of communication from Top to Bottom and the other wayaround for seamless execution of projects at Project/Program& Enterprise level
Manage crossfunctional team of resources
Draws on reasonand logic in making a case
Actively seeks waysof improving current methods systems processes andstructures
Points out redundant steps inmethods or procedures to bring in best practices

Must Have:

Minimum 4 years core consultancy &project management endtoend life cycle experience
PMP certification or equivalent training
Healthcare Management Insurance industry business andoperational knowledge
Consultancy /BDExperience with project management
HealthcareBusiness Analyst background
Able to work in afastpaced growth environment
Ability to workindependently with minimal support & supervision
Strong Leadership skills along with Planningskills
Good verbal and written communicationskills
Problem Management andResolution
Experience with customerrelationship management
Proficient with theMicrosoft Office Suite of products including Excel PowerPoint andWord
Ability to analyze and visualize dataextract insights and share it across various departmentswithin
the organization.
Ability tomanage the data provided and turn it into actionableinformation.
