Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounting Executive to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.

An Accounting Executive's responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.

Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Key Role and Responsibilities

Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AR & AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes.
Monitor the cashflow position and ensure adequate fund for operation.
Preparation of all type's vouchers like Cash, Bank, Journal, Sales, Purchase, and their proper posting in the books of accounts.
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Process Vendor payments
Reconcile bank statements
Participate in financial audits
Track bank deposits and payments
Proficient with MIS Reporting System
Working knowledge of GST Tax Law, Return Filing & Dept. Dealing
Working knowledge of TDS sections & provisions / Income Tax Law, Return Filing & Dept.
Timely payments of Statutory dues and returns viz. TDS, GST, IT returns, etc.
Submitting required documents with bank related to loan account.
Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by the Management and/or Head of Department.
