PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Within SAP Adoption Service Centre, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant with proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects in the area of Enterprise Asset Management & SAP Service and Asset Manager / SAP Asset Manager.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a Business Process Consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead implementation/development projects.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting SAP's Manufacturing Industries customers with SAP Implementation / Development in the areas of S4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/ SAP Service and Asset Manager / SAP Asset Manager (SSAM) both on Prem and Cloud space, as applicable
• Be part of implementation projects with focus on Equipment and Technical Objects, Preventive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Damage-Related Maintenance, and Maintenance Order Management
• Good level of techno functional knowledge on all the out of the box features of SAP Service and Asset Manager / SAP Asset Manager latest versions
• Knowledge on overall architecture and all the components involved in the end-to-end functioning of SAM/SSAM
• Knowledge on Add-on Installation and post installation steps for SAP Asset Manager
• Design and configuration of end-to-end business processes, Integration with Finance, Logistics, projects, CO apart from pertinent FIORI APPS
• Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD/BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided, Functional specification documents, Master Data handling/Cutover strategy etc.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Experience in driving & conducting design workshops, with hands-on experience, in delivering Asset Management/SAP Service and Asset Manager business process in S/4 HANA along with integration to other modules.
• Experience in configurations/implementation of SAP Service and Asset Manager / SAP Asset Manager is a must
• Experience in handling relevant Master Data objects & cutover approaches
• Should be well versed with project implementation methodologies, Activate Methodology and solution manager

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Overall, of 3 to 6 years of SAP relevant experience
• S/4 Hana Implementation experience, at least 4 end to end implementation and S/4 Conversion experience is good to have
• Minimum 1 to 2 End to End implementation project experience in customer facing role.
• Should be experienced with different project delivery models like onsite-offshore, onsite-nearshore-offshore, integrated delivery model etc.,
• Domain experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage
