Overall 6 years & above of experience in Banking & Financial Services, with at least 3+ years of professional experience in design and development of Dashboards & Scorecards using Tableau.

Recent experience in data mining using Alteryx or any other machine learning tool like Python and text analytics using R is preferred.


  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau with experience to make interactive data visualizations & graphics across the firm. Handson experience with thorough knowledge of data source integration and advanced GUI development in Tableau.
  • The role emphasizes for a strong analytical mind to conceptualize, design and develop graphic data visualizations with a strong technical knowledge in Tableau
  • Experience in Banking Industry is required and working with Operations risk is a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills to meet the Business Priorities are needed
  • Ability to learn quickly, Adjust to changes and Think outside the box
  • Good verbal/written and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, selfmotivated and confident
  • Master's or a graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work on Business Intelligence in partnership with onshore & offshore teams and Business stakeholders for design and development of Dashboard
  • Stay abreast of new tools and technologies to practice uptodate data evaluation & visualization strategies
  • Support and enhance Operational Risk and Controls Management of the firm by designing relevant Dashboards & Scorecards that are best in clas
  • Review all existing reports and scorecards for better visualization and interaction
  • Creating and working with data sets required & cross data relationships
  • Contribute in identifying key reporting indicators through data deep dives, data mining, collaboration with Risk and Control Management organization
