As a UI/UX Designer at Waffle Bytes Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products.

We are looking for a talented and creative individual with 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or any related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of usercentred design principles and best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of frontend development technologies is a plus.
