    Description

    Brief Overview of the Job Description:


    The Technical Lead will oversee the development and integration of automotive software projects, focusing on Embedded Systems and AUTOSAR frameworks.

    This pivotal role involves leading development teams, driving technical strategy, and ensuring successful project outcomes.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning and execution of automotive software development projects.
    • Drive the formulation and implementation of technical strategies.
    • Oversee the integration of AUTOSAR BSW modules, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize software architecture.
    • Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
    • Spearhead the automation of processes to improve project delivery times.
    • Conduct thorough root cause analyses for system issues and implement resolutions.
    • Guide the software design process, ensuring scalability and robustness.
    • Mentor and train team members, enhancing their technical capabilities.
    • Perform technical impact analyses and provide detailed task estimates.
    • Evaluate and assess technical proposals, ensuring alignment with project goals.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to develop new solutions.

    Technologies to be used:

    • Embedded C, Assembly Language, AUTOSAR Tools (e.g., KSAR, Davinci, EBTresos), Diagnostic/Communication Protocols (CAN, UDS, Ethernet, J1939), Debugging/Analysis Tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, Engineering degree with 3 to 6 years of experience in system/software engineering, specifically within the Automotive/Aerospace sectors.
    • Knowledge: Deep understanding of Microcontrollers, Embedded Systems, ASPICE, ISO26262, MISRA Guidelines.

    Skills:

    Proficient in Embedded C coding, Assembly Language; expertise in AUTOSAR BSW modules integration; adept in debugging and analytical skills; proficient in developing Fault Handler, DEM, EOL, and EDR.
