    Senior Manager, Software Engineering – Pune, India

    As a Senior Manager – End to End QE Lead, you will be part of the large scale transformation program to establish a much stronger Quality Engineering discipline. You would be performing below responsibilities -

    Role Responsibilities

  • Work with delivery leads across the chain of systems and bring standardization of the QA practices and Tools, CI/CD to improve the delivery cadence and implementing an E2E Regression Test suite that is fully automated
  • Define and implement E2E Test Strategy for product/platform roll out.
  • Engage, manage and own end to end testing delivery for releases.
  • Plan, execute and monitor all phases of testing.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas of growth.
  • Produce timely reports and documentation for progress tracking.
  • Identify training requirements to improve automation and to implement future ready testing framework.
  • Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure quality integration and alignment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the production process.
  • Encourage and support the personal development of individuals and teams
  • Create an environment of mutual influence.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
  • Managing teams with Perm and Vendor staff

    • Role Requirements

  • 13+ Years of experience with at least 5 years as End to End or Functional QA lead and 5 years of direct people management. Certification in Testing, ISTQB or equivalent will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Testing/QA as a function, experience working on Functional Testing of components and End 2 End flow for a banking or Payments platform, analysis of existing strategy/Gap, and working across the teams to mature End to end test strategies
  • Knowledge of Automation framework using Selenium, UI/UX testing using RPA and API testing and Service Virtualization frameworks
  • Subject Matter Expert experience in Payment's domain
  • Must have solid background of payment types, messages and remittance
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to working with API, Microservices inhouse developed platforms in a Payments Landscape
  • Exposure to any Test Automation tools
