- Plan develop and execute paid advertising campaignsacross various platforms including Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedInAds Instagram Ads and potentially WhatsApp Business (subject toavailability).
- Conduct thoroughkeyword research competitor analysis and audience targeting toensure campaigneffectiveness.
- Createhighperforming ad copy and landing pages that resonate with targetaudiences and driveconversions.
- Continuouslymonitor campaign performance analyze data and identify trends andinsights to optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment(ROI).
- Track report andanalyze website analytics and PPC data providing clear andactionable insights tostakeholder
- Manage campaignbudgets effectively ensure adherence to spending limits andreconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the designteam to develop visually appealing adcreatives.
- Stay uptodate onthe latest trends and best practices in paid advertising andexplore new advertising platforms for potentialbenefit.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing AdvertisingCommunications or a related field(preferred).
- Minimum 23 yearsof experience in paid advertising management across variousplatforms (Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads InstagramAds).
- Proven trackrecord of successfully developing and executing paid advertisingcampaigns that deliver measurable results (increased websitetraffic leads conversionsetc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpretdata identify trends and make datadrivenrecommendations.
- Excellent communication andwritten/verbal skills to collaborate with internal teams (designsales) and externalpartners.
- Strong projectmanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks meetdeadlines and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
- Budget managementexperience and a keen eye fordetail.
- Experience withconversion rate optimization (CRO) aplus.
- Experience inbrand growth strategies aplus.
- Working knowledgeof marketing automation platforms aplus.
