- Plan, develop, and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, and potentially WhatsApp Business (subject to availability).
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Create high-performing ad copy and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify trends and insights to optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC data, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholder
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensure adherence to spending limits, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing ad creatives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and explore new advertising platforms for potential benefit.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in paid advertising management across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing paid advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results (increased website traffic, leads, conversions, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and written/verbal skills to collaborate with internal teams (design, sales) and external partners.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Budget management experience and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) a plus.
- Experience in brand growth strategies a plus.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms a plus.
