    A hospitality manager oversees the operations of hotels, resorts or other hospitality establishments and ensures a seamless and exceptional guest service and customer experience. They are essential in maintaining high service standards, managing resources efficiently and maximising profitability for the company.The primary responsibilities of hotel managers include managing guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating reservations, optimising occupancy rates and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the hotel premises. Additionally, they collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, implement service improvements and ensure that guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.Hospitality managers also oversee front desk operations, housekeeping, food and beverage services and other guest-related functions. Their role extends to managing budgets, forecasting revenue, implementing marketing strategies and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.
