    Description

    Responsibilities:

    1. Developbusiness and marketing plans in coordination with Managing Directorto achieve revenuegoals.
    2. Assistin companys branding and media communication activities such aspress releases advertisements marketingcollateraland website.
    3. Researchthe market for identifying new businessopportunities.
    4. Explainprospective clients about the advantages of the products orservices offered and follow up with them in order to close thebusinessdeals.
    5. Respondto the client queries regarding the products in a timelyfashion.Develop business proposals for new and existingcustomers.Develop creative strategies to retain theclients including interviewing them to take their feedback andincorporate it into the growth plan.Prepare the annualmarketing budget and track the expenses against thebudget.
    6. Developindepth knowledge about business development practices marketingactivities prospective clients and industrytrends.
    7. Maintaina knowledge repository of clients referrals RFPs prospects andpresentations.Develop strong customer relationships inorder to generate high volume of prospectiveclients.Manage customer calls and appointments effectivelyfor newopportunities.
    8. Participatein industry forums client discussions and conferences as arepresentative of the organization.Determine crosssellingopportunities among differentoffices.S
    9. supervisethe client relationship management database and utilize it tomanage customer contacts and mailinglists.Hire train and guide themarketing and business developmentassociates.
