    The client is one of the biggest players in the co-working space solutions provider. They have an extensive presence across the country and have aggressive plans of expansion.

    Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for the business development for the organisation in the cities of Hyderabad and Chennai (depending on the location)
  • S/he will be responsible for managing the avenues for identifying properties for leasing for the organisation
  • The candidate will work with the senior leadership in identifying avenues for business development for the organisation
  • S/he will work in the region of Hyderabad or Chennai and work closely with different stakeholders (IPCs or large developers) and understand the growth potential for business development in the region.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • The successful candidate should have atleast 9+ years of property leasing experience
  • S/he should have an experience of working in the region of Hyderabad or Chennai
  • The candidate should have worked with developers and IPCs in finding business development opportunities for the organisation
  • The candidate should preferably come from Tenant Representation, Tenant Advisory, Occupier Solutions or Services and Office Leasing background
  • S/he should have an experience of working with the senior leadership in driving strategic initiatives.
