Job Title - "Program Coordinator / Planner - Corp Tech"


Job Description

  • An Ideal coordinator / planner in the technology organization should have interest and a highlevel understanding for a variety of themes that are relevant in the technology organization, such as Product sustainability, Life cycle assessments (LCA), Product packaging, Product environmental compliance, Product materials management (hazardous material, banned substances etc.), Data management in the context of product sustainability and environmental compliance, Innovation & New Product development (NPD).
  • Understand and appreciate the interdependencies among the above themes
  • Coordinate to capitalize on the synergies among them

Planning & project management for the above

  • Work with relevant teams to build PM schedules, Work breakdowns, Man hours budgeting, RACI matrix etc. for the above themes.
  • Coordinating with the internally formed SME working groups / SME sub teams that are giving direction or delivering tangible outcomes for each of the above themes.
  • Technology team's KPI dashboard management & roadmap management.

Marketing & Brand building for the technology team

  • All communications to internal stakeholders; Liaison (Point of Contact) from the technology team for conversations with other internal stakeholders such as Environmental sustainability, Product Environmental compliance, IT, Business Units, etc.
  • Reporting / Presenting / Webinars etc. to stakeholders (including preparing reports / presentations).
  • Maintain team's SharePoint content
