All ZENITH incumbents will undergo a strategic learning & exposure plan into Tata AIA's Agency channel distribution model.

The learning & exposure plan will augment existing knowledge while challenging ZENITH participants to contribute towards Tata AIA Life's critical projects involving multiple stakeholders over a period of 12 months.

Role Summary:

Identify, recruit, and build a team of business associates and advisors to drive business objectives on a month-on-month basis, as per the standards laid down by the organization from time to time

**Sales

  • Support Agency Sales in Adopting Choreography & Technology
  • To develop, agree and implement short term and longterm plans to achieve sales targets
  • Support the business planning and implementation process for the business with the Manager.
  • Acquire New Customer through following:


  • Leads

  • Natural market
  • References
  • Orphan base
  • Fix meetings with the prospects to conduct need analysis and explain products
  • Drive growth in New Business Premium (NBP)
  • Implement and adhere to Need Based Selling Model.
  • Up
- sell & Cross Sell the Orphan Base of Customers allocated.

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly choreography (input activity management) for self and distribution

  • Drive business submission and issuances
  • Clearance of pending cases for documentation and medicals as a part of the issuance process
  • Daily update about the status of business and applicability in contest
**Relationship Management

  • Provide on Job Training such as Joint field work along with Leaders and advisors to Train/ source on recruitment or insurance policy respectively
  • Prospect and meet customers within and outside the Branch as when required
  • Work collectively with Sales / operations team and conduct joint sales calls as a team to achieve business nos.
  • Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner so as to Foster sales for the company and maintain utmost levels of responsiveness to requirements from the Channel Partner
  • Ensuring timely issuance of policies with resolving all pending etc.
  • Adhere to the customer touchpoint engagement to service his portfolio of customers
  • Prompt postsales service with respect to all domains
  • Strategize and interact closely with the RM on business plan execution
  • Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business nos.

  • Ensuring timely issuance of policies by resolving pending etc.
**Ensure Compliance

  • Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other compliance standards
  • Should be process & product champion to ensures adherence to policies and procedures to cultivate a compliance culture in the team
**Risk

  • Ensure compliance with TALIC norms for the Branch
  • Ensure compliance to all internal processes and other compliance standards as set by the Company or the Regulator.
