    Description

    Purpose of the Role:

    Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vison sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets.


    Description of the role:
    Will be responsible for managing all the Key and Priority accounts of defined territory.

    Responsible for sales, collection, revenue for assigned customers with a focus on A category customers within territoryAlso responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customersWill be responsible for distributor handlingActive participation in partnership programsSupporting BTL activities with key accountsStrategize in driving business successfully in territoryShould have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales.

    Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel

    Candidate RequirementsEducation - Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA – Marketing / SalesExcellent Communication skillsCandidate should have 6 to 11 years of experience in Consumer products industryStrong channel & distribution management skills

    Essential Knowledge and SkillsThe incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilitiesShould be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologistAbility to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segmentsSelf-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilitiesSensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges
