ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




Calendar Management:
Efficiently manage and prioritize executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.


Project Support:

Provide administrative support for special projects, including coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and tracking progress.

Documentation and Filing: Maintain and organize electronic and paper files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents as needed.




Meeting Coordination:
Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.


Expense Management:
Process and track expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.


Information Management:
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested by executives.


Confidentiality:
Handle confidential information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.


Office Management:
Assist with office management tasks as needed, including ordering supplies, coordinating office events, and supporting other team members as required

QUALIFICATIONS:




  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work

EDUCATION:


  • Any bachelor's or master's degree

LANGUAGE SKILLS:


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:


  • Ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals quickly and correctly.

REASONING ABILITY:


  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
