- Technical Expert/Program Manager, Parts management (GCSP)
- Manage and coordinate teams working for spare parts definition, creation, documentation, and Customer complaints
- Regular stakeholder connect, partner engagement and escalation management when required
- Work closely with Business partners and different departments for parts information & documentation
- Responsible for committed projects, resource-planning, and aligning work respecting department strategy focusing on Quality, Cost, Time
- Ensure monitoring and tracking of project KPIs on Power Bi and achieving yearly targets
- Conduct monthly KPI reviews with partners
- Follow and monitor QMS standards regularly
- Participate in Innovation, continuous improvement activities and efficiency
- Establish processes for ticket resolution, queries, and resolution
- Develop and enhance processes to improve department efficiency and competitiveness
- Initiate and lead department level value adds, supporting organization strategy execution
- Ensure effective team, customer, and supplier communication
- Build knowledge and competency of self and team
- Basic Qualification:
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical & Electronics/ other relevant engineering fields
- Several years of experience in automotive parts management, After-sales processes, supply chain, and project management
- Proficiency in Automotive product development methods
- Knowledge of Automotive parts and their functions, sheet metal part design, plastic part design, parts materials, etc.
- Expertise in PDM/PLM tools, CAD modeling tools, BOM management, engineering changes, and parts release
- Experience in repair concepts development, repair manuals creation
- Skilled in project management methods and tools for tracking and reporting
- Awareness of automotive parts reliability, field issues, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with QMS standards and automotive supply chain
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions
- Experience in a multicultural environment and Mercedes Benz workshops is advantageous
