    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing influencer marketing strategies, with a focus on the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors. This role involves identifying and fostering relationships with key influencers, planning and implementing impactful campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive successful marketing outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the identification, negotiation, and management of relationships with top-tier influencers and brands.
    • Strategically plan and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand goals.
    • Oversee content creation and distribution across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and dynamics, particularly within the entertainment sector.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a significant focus on the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
    • Experience working with 10-12 brands in influencer marketing campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to generate compelling and engaging content.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to lead and work effectively within a team environment.
    • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
    • Deep passion for the entertainment industry and a thorough understanding of its trends and dynamics.
