Supports the quality culture of an Engineering unit by process and method competence.

Supports the compliance with normative necessities as a codes and standards manager, procures and manages relevant codes and standards, provides them to the engineering organization and, if necessary, informs about changes.
Manages and coordinates the maintenance of procedures and work instructions for Engineering.
Issues the requirements for change request management in the projects and provides if necessary suitable methods.

Creation of quality notifications
Provision, maintenance and evaluation of processes (e.g. NCR, capa), together with the Qualityorganization
Planning and execution of design reviews in cooperation with the QMiP
Planning and execution of internal projects (e.g. lean) or events (e.g. capa)
ISO 9000 certifications; Quality audits; supplier qualifications.
May actively execute or initiate internal quality measures (e.g. formal checks of data bases or documentations).

Component Design and Drawing Reviewer

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma from NTTF / GTTC or any equivalent with 15 years' experience.
Should have done hands on design for a minimum of 10 years.
Should have hands on experience in machine shop practices Understanding of tolerancing and its impact on manufacturing and assembly.
Strong knowledge on Part Design specifically in Large Ferrous Castings, Machining of Castings, Machined Parts of metal and non metallic parts, sheet metal parts, plastic parts.
Knowledge on large composite parts an added advantage Knowledge of finishing of above parts Knowledge on materials.
Should have handled series production of at least any one of the parts mentioned in points above.
Full part life cycle experience from concept to realization will be an advantage.
Should have sound knowledge in trouble shooting towards part realization.
Should have knowledge on tolerance analysis Strong knowledge on Part Design & Hand calculations specifically in Large Ferrous Castings, Machining of Castings, Machined Parts of metal and nonmetallic parts, sheet metal parts, plastic parts. Should have an eye for detail.
