    Requirements



    Who We're Looking For:

    Proven track record of success as a WFM professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

    Minimum 2 years of experience in a team management role within Operations Planning or Workforce Management.

    In-depth knowledge of WFM principles, forecasting methodologies, and scheduling optimization techniques.

    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WFM software tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Teleopti).

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide your team.

    Flexibility to work rotational UK Shifts (5 days, window starts from 1.00pm to 2.00am).
