    Job Summary:

    Exciting Opportunity in Field Sales

    We are looking for a dynamic Customer Development Officer to join our team and help us expand our customer base and boost sales. As a Customer Development Officer, your main role will involve building a strong dealer network, generating leads, appointing referral partners, organizing on-field campaigns, conducting product demonstrations, and meeting sales targets. If you are someone who is proactive, sales-driven, and determined to succeed, this position offers a thrilling chance to make a significant impact on our company's growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Building Dealer Network:
    • Identifying and recruiting potential dealers to grow our distribution network.
    • Establishing strong partnerships with dealers to align with company goals and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Offering support and training to dealers to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
    • Lead Generation and Referral Partner Appointment:
    • Creating strategies to generate quality leads through various channels like networking and digital marketing.
    • Appointing and managing referral partners to boost lead generation efforts.
    • Below-the-Line (BTL) Activities:
    • Planning and executing on-field campaigns, events, and product demonstrations to engage with customers.
    • Working with marketing to develop BTL strategies for brand awareness.
    • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Setting ambitious sales targets and developing plans to meet or exceed them.
    • Monitoring sales performance, analyzing metrics, and identifying upselling opportunities.
    • Key Requirements:
    • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
    • Proven Track Record:
    • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and fostering customer relationships.
    • Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey product value effectively.
    • Active listening and the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.
    • Self-Motivation:
    • Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Relationship Building:
    • Expertise in building strong customer and partner relationships.
    • Adaptability:
    • Ability to adapt to market changes and stay updated on industry trends.
