    The job is all about supporting the organization with high-quality OD Interventions and utilizing the best HR practices and analytics. You will work closely with various teams to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.



    Main Responsibilities:

    • Implementing HR processes like performance reviews, succession planning, and action plans from employee surveys.


    Key Deliverables:

    • Conduct research for Organizational Development best practices.
    • Analyze and enhance employee experience through process improvements.
    • Develop growth plans for employees.
    • Drive cultural initiatives and employee engagement programs.
    • Implement key OD initiatives and operations.
    • Review HR policies against industry standards.
    • Collaborate on performance management with stakeholders.
    • Create and share HR Dashboards.
    • Perform annual surveys and feedback analysis.
    • Analyze productivity and performance data.
    • Maintain reports and trackers for initiatives.
