Job Summary:
Its a Field jobWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Development Officer to join our team.
As a Customer Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, nurturing relationships, and driving sales growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include building a robust dealer network, generating leads, appointing referral partners, executing below-the-line (BTL) activities such as on-field campaigns, providing product demonstrations to customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Building
Dealer Network:
Identify and recruit potential dealers to expand our distribution network.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with dealers to ensure alignment with company objectives and maximize sales opportunities.
Provide necessary support and training to dealers to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Lead Generation and Referral Partner Appointment:
Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
Appoint and manage referral partners to augment lead generation efforts and increase sales pipeline.
Below-the-Line (BTL)
Activities:
Plan and execute on-field campaigns, promotional events, and product demonstrations to engage with potential customers and drive brand awareness.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop BTL strategies and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Sales Target Achievement:
Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and develop action plans to meet or exceed them.
Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
Continuously identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Key Requirements:
Experience:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hardcore sales, preferably in a relevant industry
Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Verifiable track record of generating leads, closing sales, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
Active listening skills and the ability to understand customers' needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
Self-Motivation:
Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive sales success with minimal supervision.
Relationship Building:
Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
Ability to establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders to facilitate successful sales outcomes.
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer preferences.
Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in water technologies and B2B/B2C sales.
