Your responsibilities
Drive daily operations within the HR Shared Service team, championing service delivery excellence.
- Mentor and support team members, cultivating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage HR service requests, ensuring responsive and precise solutions that align with our high service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with HR business partners and other key stakeholders to enable fluid service delivery and tackle complex HR challenges.
- Develop and uphold standard operating procedures to confirm consistent service excellence and full compliance.
- Lead process enhancement projects to elevate service delivery and operational efficiency.
The experience we're looking for
Seasoned background in HR operations or shared services, including leadership experience.
- Proficient in managing HR systems and familiar with HR processes, policies, and legislation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire a team and engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and drive informed decisions.
- Well-versed in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
