    Description

    As a Centific Technical Business Analyst (BA) you are going to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within the organization.

    Technical BAs play a critical role in understanding business needs, analyzing requirements, and translating them into actionable technical specifications that guide software development, system implementation, and other technical projects

    A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the service industry.
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand complex business processes and technical concepts.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey requirements and collaborate with diverse teams.
    Experience with requirement gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
    Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
    Proficiency in creating diagrams, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
    Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to managing and documenting requirements.
    Previous experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role is preferred.
    Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), may be advantageous.
