    Description
    Our company is looking for a skilled Business Analyst based in Chennai.

    We need someone who can collaborate with different teams to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, and then translate them into technical specifications successfully.

    The chosen candidate will act as a bridge between our business and technology teams to ensure that projects are executed smoothly.

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Analyze business processes and come up with solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability.
    • Collaborate with various teams to analyze data, create reports, and provide recommendations to senior management.
    • Create and maintain business process documentation such as flowcharts and functional specifications.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business processes' effectiveness.
    • Assist in the implementation of new systems, processes, and procedures.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications in coordination with stakeholders.
    • Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
    • Keep updated on industry trends and technologies related to business analysis and process enhancement.
