    Role & responsibilities

    Brand Strategy:

    • Help in creation and implementation of brand strategy.
    • Lead the development of brand solutions and work of the sales team.
    • Increase online presence of the company
    • Client Relationship Building:
    • Actively participate in client meetings to pitch creative ideas and strengthen client relationships.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to address client needs effectively.

    Go-to-Market(GTM) Strategies:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for both new and existing products.
    • Drive initiatives' to enhance product visibility and market penetration.

    Sale Strategy:

    • Lead the sale strategy and ensure materials are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
    • Ensure timely delivery to customers according to their needs.
    • Ensure timely Payments received.

    Post sale Analysis:

    • Take continuous follow up with the client.
    • Handle client complaints effectively.
    • Providing Detailed findings and recommendations.
    • Use insights to optimise future deals and drive repeat business.

    Preferred candidate profile:

    • Have knowledge of steel industry and its market and target market.
    • Willing to maintain client relationships.
    • Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to navigate datasets and derive meaningful insights.
    • Strong aptitude for time management, multitasking, and working with agility.
    • Willingness and motivation to learn all aspects of business, both within and outside the marketing domain.
