    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technical Recruitment Strategic Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in acquiring top talent for our IT department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT recruitment, strategic planning, and team leadership. They will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier IT professionals who will contribute to the success and growth of our company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier IT talent.

    -Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.

    -Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates.

    -Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.

    -Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

    -Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

    -Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

    -Monitor recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

    -Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and third-party vendors to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.

    -Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote employer brand and attract top talent.

    Requirements:

    -Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.

    -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

    -Solid understanding of recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting.

    -Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to recruitment and employment practices.

    Qualifications:

    -Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field and Bachelor's degree in Information Technology

    -Proven experience of 8-10 years in IT and Product recruitment

    -Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top IT talent.

    -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
