    • A bachelor's/ master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in managing credit and accounts receivables or in a similar credit management role.
    • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial information, perform risk assessments and make informed credit decisions.
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders and with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve conflicts.
    • Experience with ERP systems and credit management software & Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
    • Multilingual skills to communicate with diverse customers.
    • Demonstrated record of improving credit control processes and reducing bad debt.
