    Description

    We are in search of a reliable Engineering Manager to oversee a team of engineers dedicated to developing our new range of products.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end product development and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Enhance the team's technical skills and implement top practices.
    • Take charge of technical aspects, from overall design to detailed execution.
    • Create and execute secure, high-performance backend functions via REST APIs.
    • Conduct technical assessments and steer significant engineering initiatives.
    • Leverage expertise in software architecture, agile methodologies, and CI/CD procedures.
    • Utilize cloud technologies and convey intricate ideas effectively.
    • Contribute to strategic technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Promote innovation, oversee suppliers, and incorporate quality assurance.
    • Engage with stakeholders to ensure sustainable and scalable system advancement.

    Experience & Skills:

    • 8-10 years of software development experience in various product firms, ideally within the Seller Centric Domain. Proficiency in the eCommerce sector is a must.
    • Professional proficiency in Python & Django OR Python & Golang/Java.
    • Prior exposure to enhancing procedures and norms for product advancement.
    • Capability to design schemas using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
    • Understanding of DevOps techniques is a plus.
    • Experience in team leadership, guiding and coaching engineers.
    • Proficiency in end-to-end product development, from idea generation, design, and creation to release.
    • Track record of building and launching products ranging from 1 to 10 or more.
    • Enthusiastic about making a difference and committed to increasing programming and managerial competencies.
    • Familiarity with product planning methodologies and adept at their application.
    • Highly organized and capable of envisioning the broader perspective.
    • Effective team player with the ability to manage multiple products concurrently.
    • Self-driven and goal-oriented individual with a fervor for technology.
