    As an Engineering Manager, you will:

    • Architect new systems and improve existing ones by instrumenting best practices and technologies.
    • Identify and build automated tools for release management, deployment, monitoring and reporting
    • Identify and implement latest technologies and frameworks for application system stack, deployments, automation, capacity management, resource orchestration and availability.
    • Responsible for fixing support escalation cases and conducting post-incident reviews / Root Cause Analysis.
    • Responsible and support documentation of application systems / Knowledge Base, standard processes & best practices and constant upkeep of documentation & run-books.
    • Proactive management of HSL production systems & services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, throughput and overall system health
    • Implement Site Reliability Engineering principles with regards to performance, reliability, monitoring, alerting and maintenance in Production environment
    • Capacity monitoring & Observability of production Infrastructure, automated alerting, performance monitoring and reporting tools
    • Support services before they go live through activities such as system design inputs, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning and launch reviews.
    • Collaborate and assist with planning and execution of new software releases with third party software service providers and internal business solution team.
    • You will guide and maintain CI/CD pipeline development and advancement for IT owned systems and applications.

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Experience in managing team of senior and junior developers
    • Strong technical and programming skills – Hands-On Service based Architecture, Frontend technology
    • Experience in RDBMS technologies like MSSQL / MySQL
    • Web UI – React JS with Redux, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap
    • Good knowledge of Deployment and optimization
    • Hands on experience with Source Safe using GIT / GITEA.
    • Good at troubleshooting at application related issues quickly and providing solution
    • Ability to communicate across teams in the projects
    • Experience with developing automation / MS Windows environment, with good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis and software design
    • Understand complex architectures and well versed with design patterns
    • Development skills with experience in real time, distributed and highly secured environments
    • Hands-on experience in building, maintaining and scaling container & container-orchestration ecosystem
    • Incident management tasks related to root cause analysis, problem management and blameless post-mortem

    Desired Attributes:

    Qualification: BS in Computer Science/ BE / B-Tech / PGDCA / BSc (IT) / MCA or equivalent degree

    Experience: 12+ Years
