    Description


    The legal sector has remained largely untouched by tech innovation thus far - finally with Generative AI, there's promise of a technology that can disrupt it But in order to disrupt this fundamental pillar of society, the solution stack needs about thirty difficult problems to be solved.

    We're looking for a Generative AI Lead Developer who gets a kick out of building new products from scratch. If diving into complex, never-before-solved puzzles is your thing, then you're the one we want.


    Picture this:

    data that's all over the place, laws that change faster than you can keep up, and a level of reasoning and linkages between laws that is beyond the capacity of current LLMs.

    Key Responsibilities :


    • Invent new solutions based on the latest developments in Gen AI research.
    • Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including rerankers, longhorizon reasoning, guardrails, and efficient context management strategies.
    • Build an engine for legal reasoning and variations as per the different kinds of laws.
    • Engage in hyperparameter tuning and finetuning processes to maximize the performance of generative AI models.
    • Deploy and maintain AI models on cloud platforms with a focus on scalability and security.
    • Explore and integrate graphbased RAGs and Knowledge Graphs to enrich the platform's knowledge base and reasoning capabilities.
    Qualifications :


    • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, including 12 years in Generative AI technologies.
    • Demonstrated expertise in advanced RAG and LLMs, with experience in fine tuning FMs.
    • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
    • Strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.
    • Experience in the finance, tax, or legal domains will be considered an asset.
