    Description

    As an insurance professional at [MK INSURANCE CONSULTANCY], you will be an integral part of our mission to protect our clients' assets and provide them with peace of mind. Your main responsibilities will include:

    1. Building Strong Client Relationships: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, assess risks, and tailor insurance solutions that meet their unique requirements. You'll have the opportunity to develop long-lasting relationships that will contribute to your success and the success of the company.
    2. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation. As an essential member of our team, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and achieving our growth targets.
    3. Policy Administration: Accurately process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals, ensuring all documentation and records are maintained with the highest level of precision and attention to detail.
    4. Claims Support: Collaborate with clients and claims adjusters to guide and support them through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution for our valued policyholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field is highly desirable, but we are also open to candidates with a strong sales or customer service background who are eager to learn and excel in the insurance sector.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and establish trust.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to assess risks and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
    • Proven sales acumen, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
