    Business Development Executive HVAC (Heat, Ventilation & Air conditioning)

    (Post is for industrial technical HVAC/clean room product& not for door to door or direct consumer product sales)

    Required Education Qualification: B. E. Mechanical/MBA

    Years of experience: 3-4 years

    Location: Hyderabad

Is renowned company in the field of design, Supply & Erection & Commissioning of Clean room in Pharmaceutical/ HVAC in Food industries/Automobile/VRF for corporate building/ commercial building.     Job Description is as below:

    Market Analysis & Lead Generation for Clean room requirement in Pharma, HVAC requirement in Food Industries, VRF for corporate office, commercial building

    Evaluation of tender documents

    Attending pre-bid meetings with client and getting technical clarification on Tender

    Cost Estimation of the Project

    Estimation of quantities and heat load calculation

    Preparation of techno-commercial proposals

    Floating enquiries for various supplies and bought out items

    Price comparison of the various vendors and cost analysis

    Evaluation & monitoring of the contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations

    Continually build new client relationships and secure new business opportunities.
