    Description

    Overview :
    We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to enhance our service delivery and customer experience.


    Responsibilities :

    • Design scalable ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and CSM.
    • Lead implementation and customization projects.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert advice.
    • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.
    • Manage project timelines, risks, and resources.

    Requirements :

    • Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, ITSM, and CSM modules.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow integration tools.
    • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks.
    • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
    • Proven project management experience, preferably with Agile methodologies.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
    • Experience in cloud computing and SaaS models.
    • Leadership and mentoring abilities.
