Job Description:

Collaborate closely with Capability and Technical Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, BPCs, Technical Consultants, BAs, and other Business stakeholders as a lead/associate architect.
Ensure that the solution proposals developed are customized to the organization's needs and in line with its future objectives.
Design an end-to-end Solution Blueprint that meets customer requirements and aligns with ServiceNow platform features whenever possible.

Responsibilities:

Solve, design, and build ServiceNow solutions to meet client business needs.
Translate functional and technical requirements into sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
Present solution options to the Architecture Review Board (ARB)/Technical Design Authority (TDA) for approval.
Define a Data Architecture for data ingestion into the ServiceNow platform.
Lead platform design and integrations with other enterprise solutions like JIRA, Workday.
Deliver epics and features within budget and timelines by effectively managing a cross-functional team.
Communicate key messages to clients and stakeholders.
Coach and mentor junior team members.
Support ServiceNow development and configuration in various areas.

Professional Experience:

Demonstrated experience in large-scale technology transformation projects, specifically in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB.
Minimum 8 years of IT project delivery experience with at least 3 years as a ServiceNow lead.
Experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, development, and administration.
Experience in implementing new functionality using various ServiceNow components.
Experience in working with waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
