About the role

Step into a transformative role at Reckitt and unleash your potential as a TA Sourcer. You are the matchmaker, the connector, the one who discovers top talent and sparks meaningful careers. In this dynamic position, you'll use your social savviness and keen eye to create connections that build the future of our global powerhouse. Reporting to the Head of TA Region, your expertise will be key in sculpting our workforce, enriching lives, and delivering on Reckitt's promise of a healthier, happier world.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

- Craft and execute innovative strategies to identify the best candidates, engaging with both active and passive talent.

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand and meet Reckitt's talent needs, creating robust pipelines for current and future roles.

- Screen candidates with precision to align top-notch talent with Reckitt's values and goals.

- Stay ahead of the curve on industry and regional sourcing trends, using this knowledge to inform your sourcing methods.

- Foster our employer brand, turning potential candidates into eager applicants and new hires.

- Guide and provide expert advice on local sourcing strategies, helping to shape our approach to talent acquisition.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven experience or understanding of sourcing and talent screening processes.

- Strong project management capabilities and savvy in organising multiple tasks.

- Confident in communication and building relationships with colleagues and candidates at all levels.

- Adept at leveraging social media and professional networks for candidate engagement.

- Track record of cultivating diverse candidate pools, ensuring inclusivity in the talent acquisition process.

- Analytical aptitude to use data in improving sourcing activities and meeting KPIs.

- Committed to fostering a candidate experience that reflects Reckitt's collaborative and caring culture.
