    What we're looking for

    An adaptable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment, knows how to draw a parallel between the skills and the attitude of talent. We count on you to build the Employer brand

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent understanding of 'screening' and 'shortlisting' profiles.
    • Create and build the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company; multi-level hiring and people management.
    • Understanding of human resource journey from hiring to ensuring their growth in the organisation
    • Plan and execute candidate engagement initiatives, own end-to-end candidate experience, pre-onboarding engagement, recruiting and post-joining experience.

    Who we seek

    • An individual who's a people person You should love interacting and observing
    • A candidate with 2-4 (maximum) years of experience in a fast-paced, growing startup
    • Graduate/Master's degree in Psychology or Human Resources or related field
    • Excellent problem-solving skills to drive and tailor your strategies and creatively identify new solutions to resolve challenges
    • Experience using Talent Hiring Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
    • Experience using HRMS
    • Experience working with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms
