    Job Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive for our KR Puram location. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building client relationships, and promoting our marketing solutions to brands in Madurai. This is a full-time position with a Junior level, requiring 1 to 2 years of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Strong convincing skills
    • Experience in lead generation
    • Energetic and self-motivated
    • Knowledge of building materials industry is a plus
    • Contacts with Dealers and Distributor's
    • Qualification : Any degree or Diploma or secondary

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and target potential clients in the KR Puram area
    • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their marketing needs
    • Promote and sell our marketing solutions, including digital, rural, and retail marketing
    • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients
    • Negotiate and close sales deals
    • Meet and exceed sales targets
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns
