    This is a remote position.
    JobDescription
    This task involves managing customercomplaints service requests and tickets through ZohoDesk.

    The responsibilities include registering complaintsraising tickets sending quotations acknowledging service requestschanging customer status sending reminder emails recording alldetails in the ticket sending service completed acknowledgment mailclosing tickets Template management.


    Roles andResponsibilities:
    1.Register customer complaints andservice requests in Zoho Desk and ensure that they are assigned tothe relevant teams.
    2.Raise tickets and send quotationsto customers as required.
    3.Acknowledge service requestsand update the status of the customer in Zoho Desk.

    • Send reminder emails to customers to ensure that they are awareof the status of their complaint or service request.
    • Record all details in the ticket including customer informationcomplaint details and any actions taken to resolve theissue.
    6.Send service completed acknowledgment mail tocustomers after their complaint or service request has beenresolved.
    7.Close tickets in Zoho Desk once thecomplaint or service request has been resolved.

    • Manage templates in Zoho Desk including creating and updatingtemplates for emails tickets and other communication.

    Qualification:
    Any Graduate Shift Timing: 1.00 pm 6.00pm
