- Create and manage new user acquisition, and retargeting campaigns on paid social (i.e. Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok) and ad network platforms (i.e. Unity, Applovin, Vungle)
- Lead the optimisation efforts across creative, geo, platform, and channel to maximize returns and scale products and deliver performance at scale.
- Develop relationships with advertising partners and networks to test new traffic sources
- Conduct industry research and present actionable findings
- Collaborate with engineers and ML engineers to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Drive innovation on game division level investments
- Support the creative direction of our advertising asset needs to ensure top performance
- 3-4 years of experience managing mobile growth marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns with Facebook, Google, Apple, Paid Social and other ad networks and DSPs.
- Experience in using advanced and privacy safe mobile measurement approaches such as SKAD network, Google Privacy Sandbox and Media Mix tools is a plus.
- Blend of creativity and metrics-driven approach to problem solving.
- Experience managing seven-figure marketing budgets.
- Experience scaling UA campaigns worldwide.
- Passion for mobile games is a must.
- Strong Excel and SQL skills required.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Passion for and experience with using emerging technologies

The Marketing team at Zynga is looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for managing large-scale advertising campaigns. This person is an analytical and business-savvy number-cruncher who will acquire users for Zynga's growing mobile portfolio. This individual will focus on leveraging Paid Social Channels, Ad Networks, and DSPs to scale our current marketing efforts. You will be responsible for helping the team identify and develop mobile acquisition strategies, and work closely with engineering and machine learning engineers to further improve our internal tools.
